1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup rum (optional, for extra flavor)

1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons pineapple juice
1 tablespoon coconut milk
1 tablespoon rum (optional)
