Pineapple Pecan Banana Bread 

Preheat and Prepare:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

Mix Dry Ingredients:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Cream Butter and Sugar:

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Combine Wet Ingredients:

Mix in the mashed bananas and crushed pineapple until well combined.

Combine All Ingredients:

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chopped pecans.

Prepare for Baking:

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle the chopped pineapple and pecan halves on top.

Bake:

Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
