Pioneer Woman Sausage Gravy

When I was a little girl, my mom always made the best sausage gravy, we’d have it on biscuits for breakfast, or sometimes she’d smother some potatoes in it. Mmm, just thinking about it makes my mouth water.

Ingredients

1-pound breakfast sausage, hot or mild

1/3 cup all-purpose flour

3 to 4 cups whole milk, more to taste

1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper, more to taste

12 cooked biscuits, warmed, for serving
