Polish Sausage
Ingredients:
1 lb smoked sausage, sliced into rounds
4-5 medium-sized potatoes, washed and diced
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper (red or green), thinly sliced
2-3 Tbsp vegetable or olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: A sprinkle of smoked paprika or your preferred herbs for added flavor
