PORK STEAK WITH WHITE WINE

1. First, sear the steak in a skillet with salt and pepper.

2. Then set the meat aside and sauté the garlic in the same pan.

3. Then add the meat, wine and water.

4. Cook until a cream forms.

5. Serve with potatoes.
