Pumpkin Spice Lactation Smoothie

1. Add almond milk, pumpkin puree, banana, rolled oats, flaxseed meal, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and honey/maple syrup (if using) to a blender.

2. Blend on high speed until smooth and well combined.

3. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice level if desired.
