Quick and creamy cake with 3 yogurts and 2 eggs!

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy.
3. Add the yogurt, flour, yeast, oil and vanilla extract. Mix well.
4. Pour the dough into a buttered and floured mold.
5. Bake for about 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
6. Leave to cool before unmolding.
Notes:
Sprinkle with icing sugar or serve with a light coating of lemon glaze for added indulgence.
