Ranch Cheddar Chicken Burgers

Prepare the Burger Mixture:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, egg, plain bread crumbs, ranch seasoning mix, minced garlic, finely diced onion, and finely shredded cheddar cheese.

Mix all the ingredients together until well combined. Take care to avoid overmixing, as it can result in tough patties.

Form the Patties:

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 3/4-inch thick. This recipe should make about 6-8 patties, depending on your preferred size.

Cook the Patties:

Preheat a grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates or skillet to prevent sticking.

Cook the chicken patties for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and are fully cooked through. The patties should be golden brown on the outside and juicy on the inside.

Serve the Burgers:

Toast your favorite burger buns on the grill or in the skillet for a minute or two until they are lightly browned.

Place each cooked chicken patty on a toasted bun. Add your favorite toppings, such as lettuce, tomato, pickles, and additional cheddar cheese.

Spread a dollop of ranch dressing or mayo on the top bun if desired, then assemble the burgers.

Enjoy:

Serve the Ranch Cheddar Chicken Burgers hot with your favorite sides, such as fries, coleslaw, or a fresh salad.
