Red Velvet Oreo Cheesecake Brownie

1. Preparation of the brownie base:

β€’ Preheat the oven to 175Β°C (350Β°F). Lightly grease a 9×9-inch square pan.

β€’ In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, 1 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Add the cocoa, pinch of salt, food coloring and vinegar, mixing well after each addition.

β€’ Add the eggs one by one, beating well after each addition.

β€’ Add the flour and mix until well combined.

β€’ Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.

2. Preparation of the cheesecake layer:

β€’ In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, 2 eggs and 2 teaspoons vanilla until smooth.

β€’ Spread the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer in the pan.

3. Add the Oreos:

β€’ Sprinkle the crushed Oreo cookies over the cheesecake layer.

4. Baking:

β€’ Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheesecake filling is set and lightly golden.

β€’ Let cool completely in the mold on a rack.

5. Serve

β€’ Once cool, cut into squares and serve.
