RICE PUDDING FLAN

RICE PUDDING FLAN 🍮

 

✅INGREDIENTS

140g of Philadelphia Cream Cheese

1 can of evaporated milk

1 can of condensed milk

6 pcs. of eggs

350g of cooked rice

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

1 tbsp. corn starch

 

Candy:

1 cup. of sugar

 

✅ PREPARATION

PLACE the sugar in an aluminum mold and put it on the fire over medium heat without stirring until you obtain a medium caramel, distribute it evenly on the bottom and let it cool.

 

BLEND the Philadelphia Cream Cheese, milk, eggs, cinnamon and corn starch.

 

Add the rice to the mixture and stir, pour over the mold with caramel, cover with aluminum foil.

 

COOK in a pressure cooker in a bain-marie for 30 minutes or until cooked.

 

LET it cool, refrigerate for 2 hours and unmold
