ROASTED SWEET POTATOES

1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. This ensures the sweet potatoes will roast evenly and develop a rich, caramelized flavor.

Coat a small baking dish with cooking spray. This will prevent the sweet potatoes from sticking to the dish and make for easy cleanup.
3. Peel and Dice the Sweet Potatoes
Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into bite-sized cubes. Uniform sizes help them cook evenly. Place the cubes in the prepared baking dish.
4. Add the Flavorings
Melt the butter in the microwave and pour it over the sweet potatoes. Add the olive oil, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and sea salt. If you prefer a sweeter dish, add more brown sugar or cinnamon to taste. Toss the sweet potatoes to coat them evenly with the mixture.
