Saucy Prawns

Defrost and rinse the prawns well

Allow all excess water to drain.

Marinade the prawns with the roughly chopped garlic, spices, and lemon juice and set aside for at least a half hour.

In a pot, over a medium heat, melt the butter until in foams, add in the prawns, and stir fry until it changes colour. Add in a quarter cup water and cover. Steam on medium low heat until the prawns are tender and the sauce thickens and starts to bubble.

Stir fry for an additional 2 minutes until the edges of the prawns are grilled golden and slightly crisp.
