Sausage and Cheese Mini Wonton Appetizers

Preheat the Oven or Air Fryer:

If planning to cook immediately, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) or the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Filling:

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until browned. Drain excess fat, and transfer the sausage to a mixing bowl. Allow it to cool slightly.

Mix Ingredients:

Combine the cooked sausage with shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, and mayonnaise. Stir until well-incorporated, creating a flavorful filling.

Assemble the Mini Wontons:

Lay out the wonton wrappers and place a small spoonful of the sausage and cheese mixture in the center of each wrapper. Wet the edges with water and fold the wonton, sealing the edges to form a triangle or desired shape.
