◦ Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
◦ Lightly grease a large baking dish or casserole dish.
◦ In a large bowl, combine the sliced smoked sausage, quartered potatoes, green beans, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
◦ Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture.
◦ Sprinkle with paprika, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper.
◦ Toss everything together until well-coated with the oil and seasonings.
◦ Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
◦ Spread it out evenly.
◦ Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
◦ Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
◦ Remove the foil and stir the casserole.
◦ Continue baking, uncovered, for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the sausage is browned.
◦ If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the casserole during the last 5 minutes of baking.
◦ Remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
