SAUSAGE PANCILLOS πŸ₯–πŸŒ­πŸ”₯

Ingredients:

250g flour

3g dry yeast

12 gr sugar

1 egg

42g butter

125ml warm milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

12 sausages

1 egg

smoothie and parsley to decorate

Instructions:

In a bowl, add flour, baking powder, sugar, egg, melted butter, milk, and salt. Mix and work well until you have a homogeneous mixture. Let it rest for 90 minutes.

Divide the dough into 12 portions, then roll out and roll each one.

Wrap the sausages and let rest 30 minutes.

Then top with a beaten egg and add some parsley.

Bake at 356Β°F (180Β°) for 25 minutes.
