Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a pan, brown the sausages until browned. Reserve.
In the same pan, add the onion and garlic, brown them. Add the mushrooms and cook until tender.
In a baking dish, combine the potatoes, mushroom and onion mixture, and sausages. Season with thyme, salt and pepper.
Drizzle everything with olive oil and bake for about 35 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and golden.
