Seafood Garlic Butter Dipping Sauce

  1. In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add minced garlic and diced onion, cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in Old Bay seasoning, brown sugar, paprika, lemon pepper, red pepper flakes, chili powder, and oregano. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the chicken bouillon cube and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Pour the sauce over your favorite seafood boil or use it as a dipping sauce.
