Shrimp Macaroni Salad

1. Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
2. In a skillet, cook shrimp over medium heat until they are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Let them cool, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, shrimp, celery, red bell pepper, and green onions.
