Shrimp Salad with Lemon-Dill Dressing 

In a large bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and fresh dill. Toss gently to combine.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, fresh lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, chopped fresh dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Pour the lemon-dill dressing over the shrimp salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.

Serve immediately, garnished with avocado slices if desired.
