Slow cooker shredded beef chili

1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.

2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic on top of the beef.

3. Pour the kidney beans and diced tomatoes over the mixture.

4. In a small bowl, mix the chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle this spice mix over everything in the slow cooker.

5. Pour the beef broth into the slow cooker.

6. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or on high for 4 hours, until the beef is tender.

7. Once cooked, shred the beef with two forks and stir everything together.

8. Serve hot, topped with cheese, sour cream, green onions, or cilantro if desired.

Tip: For extra flavor, you can sear the beef in a pan before adding it to the slow cooker! Enjoy your chili!
