Soft meatballs

In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, egg, parmesan, garlic, olive oil, parsley, breadcrumbs, milk, salt and pepper.
Shape meat mixture into balls and dredge each in flour.
Heat some more olive oil in a skillet and cook the meatballs for 5 minutes on each side, or until crispy and golden brown.
Pour the wine and water into the pan of meatballs and cook over low heat for another 10 minutes.
