Special Chocolate Roll 😋😋😋
Ingredients
Pasta:
6 eggs
4 tablespoons of sugar
4 tablespoons of chocolate powder
Stuffing and topping:
1 can of sour cream
3 tablespoons of sugar
6 tablespoons cocoa powder
Method of preparation
Pasta:
Line a 24 x 33 cm baking dish with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees C.
Beat the egg whites until stiff, then add the sugar and beat again. Reserve.
Separately, beat the egg yolks and add the chocolate. (I recommend hitting by hand, see explanation below) *
Incorporate the mixture of egg yolks and chocolate into the egg whites.
Pour the dough over the baking sheet, spread it evenly with the help of a spatula and bake for approximately 20 minutes. It will be ready when testing with a toothpick, it comes out dry.
Remove from the oven and immediately unmold onto a damp cloth covered with a little sugar. Just roll the dough with the help of the cloth to shape it and unroll it.
Prepare the filling and topping.
Stuffing and topping:
Put all the ingredients in a pan and lead to the fire, always stirring until it thickens and releases from the bottom of the pan. Allow to cool and use half to fill the rocambole and half to cover.
Assembly:
Place half of the stuffing over the rocambole and spread evenly with the help of a spatula. With the help of the cloth roll up and form the rocambole.
Cover it with the other half of the cream spreading it with the help of a spatula.
