STRAWBERRY FRUIT PIZZA

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 10 x 15-inch baking sheet with parchment paper or grease generously.

Spread cookie dough evenly on the pan. Bake for 17-18 minutes until light golden brown. Let cool for 15 minutes.

Cream together cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla, beating until smooth. Spread over cooled cookie crust.

Dice and smash 4 medium strawberries. In a saucepan, mix gelatin, water, sugar, smashed strawberries, and cornstarch. Heat until thickened, about 5 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes.

Slice remaining strawberries and add to the glaze. Layer strawberries on frosted cookie. Spoon remaining glaze over strawberries.

Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes or until set. Slice and serve.
