SUPREME MARYLAND
– 1 chicken supreme.
– Flour.
– Egg.
– Bread crumbs.
– 1 chopped onion.
– 150 g of corn.
– 50 g of butter.
– 50 g of flour.
– 250 cc of milk
– 1 banana.
PROCEDURE:
1. Open the chicken supreme in the middle, season and make a Milanese. Reserve in the fridge.
2. The same with the banana. Reserve in the fridge.
3. Make a corn cream. Sauté the onion with the butter and oil, add the corn, the flour when it is ready, add the milk. Cook until a thick and creamy sauce is left.
4. Fry the milanesas, dry, arrange the chicken on a plate with the corn sauce on top, and the banana on horseback. Accompany with pie potatoes.
