Sweet and Sour Chicken
Ingredients:
500 g chicken breast, skin removed and cut into 2.5 centimetre chunks
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
½ cup cornflour
2 x 700 g eggs, beaten
¼ cup vegetable oil
Spring onion to serve
For the Sweet and Sour Sauce
¾ cup sugar
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
¼ cup tomato paste
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
