Sweetened Condensed Milk Snowball Cookies

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or lightly grease them.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sweetened condensed milk until smooth and creamy.
Add the vanilla extract, flour, salt, and chopped nuts. Mix until the dough comes together.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the bottoms of the cookies are lightly golden. The tops should remain pale.
Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes.
While the cookies are still warm, roll them in powdered sugar to coat. Place them on a wire rack to cool completely.
Once cooled, roll the cookies in powdered sugar again for an extra snowy coating.
