Tender and Juicy Pork Loin Roast

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.
Rub the pork loin roast all over with olive oil. Then, evenly coat the roast with the seasoning mix.
If you have a roasting pan with a rack, place the pork loin on the rack. If not, you can place it directly in the roasting pan.
Pour the white wine (if using) and chicken broth into the bottom of the roasting pan. This will help keep the pork moist during cooking and add flavor.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 60-75 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145°F (63°C) when checked with a meat thermometer.
Remove the pork loin from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, ensuring it’s moist and tender.
Slice and serve the pork loin roast with your favorite sides.
