The easiest way to keep tangerines fresh all year round!

To remove any dirt or debris from the skin of the tangerines, wash them thoroughly under running water.

To remove any extra moisture, pat the tangerines dry with a clean towel once they are cleaned.

Find a good container to store them in. Mandarins store best in an airtight container, such as a mesh bag or wooden crate.

Place the tangerines in the container and make sure there is space between them so air can circulate.

Keep the container out of direct sunlight and in a cool, dark, well-ventilated place. It is best to store items for an extended period of time in a basement or pantry.

Keep an eye out for mold or softening of the tangerines, which are indicators of spoilage. If any fruits are broken, remove them immediately so they don’t spoil the others.
