- 4Slicesof bacon cooked and crumbled
- 6C.Cauliflower florets
- 3tsp.Minced garlic
- ⅓C.Heavy whipping cream
- 1Tbsp.Whipped butter unsalted
- 1Tbsp.Chives chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ¼C.Cheddar cheese shredded
- Chopped green onions for garnish
How To Make Loaded Cauliflower Bake
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Bring the cauliflower and minced garlic in water to a boil over medium-high heat on the stove. Continue to boil and cook for 15 minutes.
Drain the cauliflower and place it into a blender or food processor.
