Ingredients:

– 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)

– ½ cup canned pumpkin puree

– 1 ripe banana

– 2 tablespoons rolled oats

– 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal

– ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

– ¼ teaspoon ground ginger

– ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

– 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)

– 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional)
