Bundt Cake Breakfast
INGREDIENTS:
1 heaping cup of ham, diced in 3/4″ cubes
2 cups of spinach, chopped
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder or minced garlic
A large pinch of cayenne pepper
2 cups of shredded hash browns (frozen can be used)
8 cups of bread, diced in 3/4″ cubes
1/4 cup of green onions, chopped
12 large eggs (8 jumbo eggs can be used)
2 cups of milk
1 cup of heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of dry mustard
2 cups of shredded cheese
