For this massive batch
I used 4 32oz boxes of chicken broth
2-4 cups of water i start with 2 and add as needed
2 bunches of celery chopped
6 whole carrots peeled and chopped
12 cloves of garlic
2 whole onions

I put the veggies, a bundle of thyme, and cover with broth in my instapot for 30mins on high pressure (for times sake… you can also just simmer on the stove until the veggies are soft)
