Oven Roasted Sausage and Potatoes
Ingredients:
1 pound of your favorite sausage (such as Italian sausage or bratwurst), sliced into rounds
1 1/2 pounds of potatoes, washed and diced into bite-sized pieces
1 onion, thinly sliced
2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
