INGREDIENTS :

1 ½ pounds Polish Sausage, cut into bite sized chunks

16 ounces Sauerkraut, undrained

6 Yukon Gold Potatoes, cut into bite sized pieces

½ to ¾ cups Chicken Broth

1 Bay leaf

1 tsp Caraway Seed

Salt and Pepper to taste, if desired
