– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/4 teaspoon paprika (plus extra for garnish)
– 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
