Slow cooker shredded beef chili

“My friend made this chili for game night, and everyone couldn’t stop going back for more! So hearty and full of flavor!”

Ingredients:

– 2 pounds beef chuck roast

– 1 onion, chopped

– 4 cloves garlic, minced

– 2 cans (15 oz each) kidney beans, drained and rinsed

– 2 cans (15 oz each) diced tomatoes, with juice

– 2 tablespoons chili powder

– 1 tablespoon ground cumin

– 1 teaspoon paprika

– 1 teaspoon oregano

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

– 1 cup beef broth

– Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions, or cilantro
