Shrimp Macaroni Salad

This Shrimp Macaroni Salad is a summer staple at our family picnics! The kids can’t get enough of it, and I love how easy it is to make!””
Ingredients:
– 2 cups elbow macaroni
– 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1 cup celery, chopped
– 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
– 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
– 1 cup mayonnaise
– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Optional: fresh parsley, for garnish
