Ingredients:
• 4 salmon fillets
• 2 large leeks, sliced
• 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup vegetable broth
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Fresh dill for garnish
