Air Fryer Meatballs

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef (or a mixture of beef and pork)
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for some heat)
1/2 cup milk
1 large egg
Salt and black pepper to taste
Olive oil cooking spray
Instructions:
Preheat Air Fryer:
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare Meatball Mixture:
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, oregano, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes (if using), milk, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Shape Meatballs:
Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Ensure they are evenly sized for consistent cooking.
Spray with Olive Oil:
Lightly spray the meatballs with olive oil cooking spray. This helps to achieve a golden and crispy exterior.
Air Fry:
Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. You may need to cook them in batches.
Air Fry for 12-15 Minutes:
