✔️Ingredients:
85 g whole wheat flour (or rye flour)
16 g of fresh yeast
10 grams of honey
1 teaspoon of vinegar
450 grams of wheat flour
120 grams of rye flour
220g buttermilk
220 g of sparkling water/sparkling mineral water
15 grams of salt
5 g of bread spices
✔️Preparation:

First you need to use the dough mixer to mix the liquid ingredients with the yeast, salt, bread spices and honey in the pan. Now sift the flour into the pan.
