should now be kneaded in the food processor for 15 minutes.
The pot should then be covered and the dough should rise for 1.5 hours. After this time, the dough should be formed into a ball and left to rise further in a floured bowl.
Next, heat a cast iron pot (or other fireproof dish with a lid) with a lid to about 231 degrees for half an hour.
Then put the bread dough into the pan, now cut something.
You now need to cook for around 30 minutes (and also with the lid closed) at around 200 degrees. Then remove the lid and cook for another 25 minutes at 181 degrees.
Finally, remove the bread from the pan and let it cool on a rack before slicing.
