Healthy soup recipe 

– Organic Chicken Bone Stock

– Ghee (or butter, rapeseed or olive oil)

– 2 medium onions finely diced

– Garlic, finely chopped (as much as you like – I tend to add a lot!)

– Ginger, grated

– Turmeric root, grated

– Celery stalk, finely diced

– Handful of butternut squash or carrot, finely diced

– Handful of broken rice noodles

– Squeeze of lemon

– Very finely chopped coriander or parsley

– Grey celtic salt & ground black peppercorns

– Small amount of red chili (very optional – whether or not to use chili in food depends on your constitution/pattern and what you’re recovering from – as always go with what you feel and what the body wants!)
