This is the recipe I’ve been making for years! Total hit everywhere I bring it. Can’t recommend enough!
Ingredients:
– 4 chicken thighs or breasts (boneless, skinless)
– 1 cup soy sauce
– 1 cup pineapple juice
– 1/2 cup brown sugar
– 1/4 cup ketchup
– 1 tablespoon grated ginger
– 3 cloves garlic (minced)
– 1 tablespoon sesame oil
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
– Green onions (for garnish)
