ribeye steak
Ingredients:
– 1 ribeye steak
– Sea salt flakes
– Freshly ground black pepper
– 50g butter
– 2 sprigs of thyme
– 1 clove of crushed garlic with its skin
Instructions:
1. Take the ribeye steak out of the fridge and let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
2. Preheat your grill or pan to high heat.
