Slow Cooker Mississippi Pot Roast

1. Place the chuck roast in the slow cooker.

2. Pour the contents of the jar of whole pepperoncini, including the juice, over the chuck roast.

3. In a small bowl, mix the brown gravy mix and dry ranch dressing mix together. Sprinkle the combined mixture evenly over the chuck roast.

4. Pour 1 cup of water around the sides of the chuck roast.

5. Cover the slow cooker with its lid and cook the roast on low heat for 8 hours or until the meat is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
