• 7g dry yeast
• 1 egg
• 140ml hot milk
• 40g cream cheese
• 30g butter
For the custard filling:
300g custard
Don’t be afraid to experiment with ingredient substitutions. For example, you can substitute all-purpose flour for whole wheat flour with a nutty flavor. Also, if you’re looking for a lighter option, try using Greek yogurt rather than cream cheese in the batter.
