The fruity swirl

1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).

2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, ½ cup sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.

3. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.

4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

5. Fold in the crushed pineapple gently into the cream cheese mixture.

6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
